On the garden level is one double bedroom with en-suite shower room and direct access to an East facing terrace. On the west side, and going through a corridor, a studio room is offering three single beds, a double sofa bed, a kitchenette and a bathroom, this bedroom has direct access to the west side terrace.
The expansive ground floor living area is composed of a seating room with large flat screen TV, a dining area, and an open kitchen with central island and is opened on two side with glass wall overlooking a south and west facing terraces.
From the main hallway, a beautiful staircase leads to the first floor with three more bedrooms : one double bedroom with en-suite shower room and access to a large private north facing terrace, and another parental suite is composed of a double bedroom and another room with a sofa bed and a cot bed, these bedrooms share a beautiful master bathroom with bath and shower and access to a south facing deck terrace.

The villa Safran is located in the village of Lattes, ideally situated between Montpellier and the beaches (Carnon, Palavas-les-flots, La grande motte…), also a short drive away from the airport. This villa in 5 minutes walk from a very nice bakery.
Lattes offers a large choice of nice restaurants, food shops and markets, and lots more amenities are available in nearby villages and beach resorts.Â
