On the west side, and going through a corridor, a studio room offers three single beds, a double sofa bed, a kitchenette and a bathroom. This bedroom has direct access to the west side terrace.

From the main hallway, a beautiful free-standing staircase leads to the first floor with three more bedrooms: one double bedroom with en-suite shower room and access to a large private north facing terrace, and substantial master suite, which includes a double bedroom with a connecting room with a sofa bed and a cot bed; these bedrooms share a beautiful master bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower, and access to a south facing deck terrace that overlooks the gardens, the lake, and the swimming pool.

Outside
Accesible through the living room and dining room, the south-side terrace is covered by a bio-climatic pergola, which can be adjusted to your taste, allowing just enough light and breeze to enjoy dining al fresco. You will find a table for 10 and ample sitting on this terrace.

To the west, the terrace surrounds the stunning double overflowing pool. A number of sun loungers await you there to bask in the sun. Further along the house, you will find another covered terrace with a dining table for 10, behind which sits the wood-burning barbecue and the electric plancha. 

Another deck sits accross the swimming pool with more sun loungers and a daybed, to fully enjoy the lush gardens that surround the house.

Villa Safran is located in the village of Lattes, ideally situated between Montpellier and the beaches (Carnon, Palavas-les-Flots, La grande Motte); it is also a short drive away from the airport. The surroundings offers beautifull walking tours, tree climbing for kids (but not only) and horse riding at Saint Peter’s Equestrian Centre, within 2 minutes walk of the villa.
