How do you help us choose the right villa?

We guide you personally based on the kind of stay you have in mind, your group,
your preferred atmosphere, and the experience you want to create. Our role is
not simply to show listings, but to help you find the right fit.

What makes your service different from a large booking platform?

We offer a more direct, human and curated experience. You can speak with us
throughout the process, ask questions at every stage, and benefit from local
knowledge and tailored recommendations.

Do you support guests before and during the stay?

Yes. We remain available before arrival and during your stay to help make the
experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

 

Planning your stay

How do I book a villa with you?

We help you identify the property that best suits your stay. Once availability
has been confirmed, your booking is finalized after the applicable rental terms
have been approved, the relevant agreement has been signed, and the required
payment has been received.

How much is the deposit to confirm a booking?

Unless otherwise stated for a specific property, a non-refundable 30% deposit
is required at the time of booking. For some bookings made close to arrival,
full payment may be required at confirmation.

When is the balance due?

The balance is generally payable 4 weeks before the start of your stay.
If the booking is made close to arrival, full payment may be required upon
confirmation.

What is your cancellation policy?

Any cancellation or amendment request must be submitted in writing. The
applicable terms depend on the owner’s specific conditions for the property
booked. Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended.

 

Practical questions

Is a security deposit required?

Yes. A security deposit may be required before arrival. The amount depends on
the property and may be used to cover damage, breakages, additional cleaning or
related costs after departure.

Are pets allowed?

Some properties allow pets, but this is never automatic. Permission must be
confirmed in advance depending on the property and the owner’s conditions.

Can you recommend local places and experiences?

Yes. We can share recommendations to help you enjoy the region more fully,
depending on the style of stay you are looking for.

 

Beyond holiday rentals

Do you also offer properties for events?

Yes. In addition to holiday rentals, we also offer properties suited to events,
depending on the nature of the project and the property.

Can you help with photo shoots, advertising productions or filming?

Yes. We also work on requests related to photo shoots, advertising productions
and filming, and can guide you toward the most suitable property.
