The common areas rise slightly above ground level, including a double living room and a separate kitchen, all of which boast large sliding glass doors and are fitted with modern furniture.  The fully equipped kitchen is has direct access to a large terrace equipped with a dining table and with uninterrupted views onto the sea and Calvi. Also on this level, there are three large double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.

Four more bedrooms are located on the lower garden level and are accessible via the outside strairs.
The lush Mediterranean garden around the house holds 3 large terraces, facing east, south, and north. Accessible through various points in the house, these terraces are fitted with sitting areas and loungers; you will also find a barbecue and plancha for al fresco dinners with a view. Further through the garden, you will find the swimming pool surrounded by a deck fitted with loungers to bask in the sun. Lastly, a private path will take guests directly to the beach.
