Up the first floor, you will find other two double bedrooms, each with en-suite shower rooms, (one withe a 140x200cm bed and the other with a 160x200cm bed), and two children’s rooms that share a bathroom, each with two single beds. The first-floor rooms are equiped with air conditioning.

An expansive, meticulously kept 2,000m2 Mediterranean garden with olive trees, lavanders and roses surrounds the estate, creating a peaceful haven ideal for lazy summer days. On one side of the house, there is a laguna shaped swimming pool, enclosed by a couple of descrete gates for young children’s security (the pool also has an alarm system). A large stone terrace in front of the house faces the pool; in one corner of the garden there is a built-in barbecue is discretely tucked away, and at the back a field for pétanque (boule game) awaits players. On the East side of the house, the other part of the garden of amlost the same size benefits offers a lawn for you to enjoy the morning sun; there is also a parking area on the side and a stone terrace leading to the entrance hall.

The village of Montferrier-sur-lez is one of the most beautiful and best preserved villages in the region. It is perched on a hilltop and dominated by its old castle and church, from which you can admire the surrounding countryside, Montpellier city and also the sea at a distance. The village has a few local shops, such as a bakery, a butcher, an organic mini market, a pharmacy, a restaurant, etc.
