A wooden terrace laid with a few loungers contours the front of the house as well as the pool area. You will also find outdoor chairs and sofas under the shade.
This property is conveniently located just a five minutes walk from a small shopping area, which has a very good bakery, a deli, a grocery shop, a florist, a newsagent, a pharmacy, a bank, and last but not least, a luxury tennis club with a gym, and spa: Club 7.
Another 5-minute walk away is the Parc Méric, a beautiful historical park with a playground for children but it is also ideal for jogging by the river or playing football.
