From the moment you arrive, the home beckons you into a world of tranquility and relaxation. When entering through the solid oak front doors, you are met with a sweeping stone staircase and a sense of history and scale. The main living space, bathed in natural light, is anchored by a monumental stone fireplace. Two generous seating areas invite lingering conversation, while a large dining table accommodates up to twelve guests for long, candlelit meals. The principal suite occupies its own wing, featuring a king-size bed, a luxurious bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower, and access to a private terrace where evenings soften into sunset. Mas des Oliviers lies just outside Saint-Pargoire, a Languedoc wine village built in a circle around its church, in the Hérault valley between garrigue, olive groves and vineyards. The Renaissance town of Pézenas is 20 minutes away, Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert and the Terrasses du Larzac wine region about 30 minutes, and the beaches of Sète and Marseillan 35 minutes, with those of Cap d’Agde at 40 minutes. Montpellier, its airport and the TGV Sud de France station are within 35 to 40 minutes, Aigues-Mortes about an hour and Avignon an hour and a half.
