This villa is in the neighbourhood of Aiguelongue just north of Montpellier. Aiguelongue is a sought after residential area with close access to the beautiful Parc Meric, the Lez River, and the Zoo. Many good shops and restaurants can be found in this area, including grocery stores, bakeries and delis, pharmacies, and even a tennis club, gym and spa, the Club 7, less than 5 minutes’ drive away. It is also connected to Montpellier city centre by tram within in a few stops.
