With 410 m2 of living space spread over three levels, five bedrooms each with its own bathroom or shower room and a private swimming pool, it welcomes up to 12 guests in the calm of the Provençcal countryside.
Inside, more than two and a half centuries of history can be read in the stone walls, the exposed beams and the old terracotta floor tiles, set against white walls, polished concrete and carefully chosen vintage furniture. A fireplace completes this warm and authentic interior, where the character of the mas has been preserved.
The ground floor is organised around two living spaces. The main living room opens onto a fully equipped kitchen with a central island, while a second, smaller and cosier sitting room sits alongside the dining room, which seats up to 14 guests for long dinners with family or friends. On the same level, a terrace with an outdoor kitchen allows meals to be prepared and shared outside whenever the weather permits.
The house has five bedrooms. On the ground floor, two double bedrooms each have an en-suite bathroom with toilet, and two further double bedrooms on the first floor are arranged in the same way. On the garden level, a fifth bedroom has its own shower room with toilet. Three bedrooms are air-conditioned and the whole house is well heated, making it pleasant in every season. Two children can sleep in their parents’ bedroom.
Outside, the south-facing mas sits within 3,600 m2 of grounds, with the stone walls and balconies typical of the region and a traditional swimming pool.
Uzès, 3.5 km away, is one of the most beautiful towns in the Uzes region : its medieval centre, the Duché d’Uzes and the Saturday market on Place aux Herbes are only a few minutes away by car. The Pont du Gard, the vineyards and the garrigue are close by, and the TGV stations of Nîmes and Avignon make the journey easy.
