As you step into this modern villa, you are greeted by a spacious living room that opens up to a private pool on one side and a refreshing garden on the other, providing a delightful escape during the warm summer days. The entire villa is equipped with state-of-the-art air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay for our guests.
The open kitchen, with a central island, is a culinary haven for those who enjoy cooking. A sleek Focus inverted fireplace adds a touch of design to the living space, creating a cozy atmosphere for relaxation and gatherings.
The villa boasts four double bedrooms, each offering a unique charm. The ground floor features a double bedroom, which opens up to the inviting pool area, complete with an en-suite shower room . An open staircase leads to the first floor, where three additional double bedrooms await, two of them with their own en-suite shower rooms. The last bedroom has access to a family bathroom just outside in the corridor. All bedrooms have direct access to a south-facing terrace that overlooks the inviting pool. Be advised that the stairs leading to the first floor do not have a handrail, which may require some getting used to for young children or elderly people.

From board games and an extensive collection of books and comics to a pingpong table, pétanque court, and a mini football goals by the pool, there’s no shortage of entertainment options.
