The villa boasts four double bedrooms, each offering a unique charm. The ground floor features a double bedroom, which opens up to the inviting pool area, complete with an en-suite shower room . An open staircase leads to the first floor, where three additional double bedrooms await, two of them with their own en-suite shower rooms. The last bedroom has access to a family bathroom just outside in the corridor. All bedrooms have direct access to a south-facing terrace that overlooks the inviting pool. Be advised that the stairs leading to the first floor do not have a handrail, which may require some getting used to for young children or elderly people.

The village centre, about fifteen minutes on foot, has a bakery, butcher, delicatessen, cheese shop, wine merchant, fishmonger, greengrocer, pharmacy, pizzeria and restaurants, and a food market is held every Saturday on the square in front of the town hall. Supermarkets are about ten minutes away by car, Montpellier Sud de France railway station about twenty minutes, and the beaches of Carnon and La Grande Motte twenty to twenty-five minutes.
