Inside the house, a spacious living room flooded with natural light beckons with its lofty ceiling and radiant cooling floors. Expansive windows unveil a sun-drenched terrace and a 2,000-square-meter exotic garden, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living.
The kitchen is well equipped to help you create unforgettable culinary experiences. Whether crafting a feast or savoring a freshly brewed cup of coffee, every detail is curated for guests’ well-being.
The first bedroom, accessible from the dining area, boasts a king-size bed and benefit from a refreshing radiant cooling floor. It also features a private en-suite bathroom with shower room with toilet, along with a wooden terrace overlooking the sports grounds.
On the other side of the living room, a corridor leads to the master suite, equipped with radiant floor cooling system, a wall-mounted TV, and a king-size bed. It opens onto a wooden terrace with a jacuzzi overlooking the verdant garden, as well as a spacious bathrooom with both an island bathtub and a walk-in shower.
Further down the corridor, you will find another cozy bedroom with a very comfortable double sofa bed ; this bedroom benefits of an adjacent shower room.
At the center of the house, an entrance hall leads to an air-conditioned wing housing two additional bedrooms, each furnished with a double sofa bed and a child-friendly wooden single bed. These rooms share a bathroom, complete with indoor and outdoor showers.
A staircase from this wing descends to a lower level, unveiling a spacious playroom which opens onto the garden through large sliding windows. Stocked with a variety of board games, as well as a foodball table, pool table, ping-pong table, and an air-hockey table, this room offers endless hours of entertainment for guests.
Step outside of the villa to explore a lush garden, adorned with palm trees and exotic plants. Opposite the living room, an outdoor dining area for 12 is sheltered by a sunshade sail. Facing the house, the pool crowns ttha garden with its generous dimensions (11m x 4m x 1.5m). It is surrounded by a wooden deck fitted with sun loungers and a Balinese daybed for ultimate relaxation. At night, extterior lighting transforms the garden into a true paradise under the stars, inviting you to extend the gentle summer evenings.

Dès votre arrivée, vous êtes transporté dans un univers où l’on se sent bien accueilli en toute simplicité. Avec ses 300 mètres carrés de plain-pied, cette villa séduit par son design contemporain et ses touches méditerranéennes.
L’invitation à la détente et à la convivialité est omniprésente, avec une capacité d’accueil généreuse pouvant héberger jusqu’à 11 personnes, où même les membres à quatre pattes de la famille sont les bienvenus, sur demande.
À l’intérieur, un vaste salon baigné de lumière naturelle vous accueille avec sa hauteur sous plafond imposante et son sol rafraichissant. Les larges baies vitrées s’ouvrent sur une terrasse ensoleillée et un jardin exotique de 2000 mètres carrés, créant ainsi une harmonie parfaite entre l’intérieur et l’extérieur.
La cuisine, véritable lieu de partage, est très bien équipée promettant des moments culinaires inoubliables. Que ce soit pour concocter un festin ou simplement déguster un café fraîchement moulu, chaque détail a été pensé pour votre bien-être.

Les cinq chambres confortablement aménagées peuvent accueillir jusqu’à 11 personnes.
La première chambre, accessible depuis la salle à manger, dispose d’un lit double mesurant 180 cm par 200 cm, ainsi que d’un sol rafraîchissant. Elle est également pourvue d’une salle d’eau privée avec douche et toilettes, et bénéficie d’une petite terrasse en bois donnant sur le terrain de sport.
De l’autre côté du salon se trouve la suite principale, équipée d’un sol rafraîchissant, d’une télévision murale et d’un lit double de 180 cm par 200 cm. Elle offre une terrasse en bois surplombant le jardin, où se trouve un jacuzzi, ainsi qu’une grande salle de bain avec une belle baignoire îlot, une douche à l’italienne et de magnifiques vues sur la nature.
En suivant un petit couloir, on découvre une autre petite chambre avec un canapé lit double très confortable et une salle de douche.
Un hall d’entrée aux allures ‘rock and roll’ mène à une aile climatisée ou se trouvent deux autres chambres, chacune équipée d’un canapé lit double en 140cm de large et d’un lit simple en bois pour enfant, ces deux chambres partagent une salle d’eau avec douche intérieure et extérieure.
Un escalier depuis cette aile conduit à un étage inférieur où se trouve une grande salle de jeux ouvrant par deux grandes baies vitrées sur la partie Est du jardin. Elle est équipée d’une variété de jeux de société, ainsi que d’un baby-foot, d’un billard, d’une table de ping-pong et d’une table de air hockey, garantissant ainsi des heures de divertissement pour les vacanciers.
À l’extérieur, la maison nous révèle un jardin verdoyant, agrémenté de palmiers et de plantes exotiques, qui borde une piscine spacieuse entourée d’une terrasse en bois, directement devant le salon une table à manger pouvant accueillir 12 convives est abritée par une toile d’ombrage.
Face à la maison, la piscine de dimensions généreuses (11m x 4m x 1,5m) est également entourée d’une terrasse en bois, offrant des transats, un lit balinais et d’autres équipements de jardin pour une relaxation optimale. À l’ouest de la maison, un terrain multisports propose diverses activités telles que le volley-ball, le basket-ball, la pétanque, le football et un trampoline, garantissant divertissement et plaisir pour tous.

A wonderful place with heart, a house with character! The newly landscaped garden is very beautiful and closed on all sides, so you have 100% privacy. There are many different places to sit and lie down. You can choose between sun or shade at any time of the day. The pool is a pleasant size and is a centerpiece of the garden. But the outdoor kitchen is also very valuable.
We had 14 very, very nice days in a great place.We are two families: four adults, children 19, 18, 14, 13 and two dogs.We also got to meet the owner. A very nice family man.We came across Grace Nicols Homes through an internet search. The house was recommended by Olivia and was exactly the right property for us. Communication and coordination went flawlessly. Since we don’t speak (a little) French, communication took place in English via email, and later via WhatsApp. All I can say about Olivia is that she is a great, friendly woman and a very good mediator. No matter what questions we approached her with, no matter what time of day or night, she was there for us. A huge compliment for that.
