Whether spending lazy afternoons beside the large swimming pool (heated on request), enjoying a game of table tennis, reading beneath the shaded lounge or gathering for long dinners under the stone arcades, every corner has been designed for relaxed outdoor living from morning until late evening.
Inside, the atmosphere is equally inviting. The spacious living room brings everyone together with its fireplace, comfortable leather and linen sofas and billiard table, while the elegant dining room and separate fully equipped kitchen make entertaining a pleasure.
The accommodation is thoughtfully arranged over three floors. A garden-facing double bedroom and shower room on the ground floor are ideal for guests wishing to avoid stairs. Upstairs, the principal bedroom enjoys a beautiful private terrace overlooking the garden, alongside a second spacious double bedroom and a large family bathroom. The top floor offers two further twin bedrooms, which can each be prepared as super king rooms, sharing a shower room and separate WC. (Please note that the staircase to the second floor is steeper than a modern staircase and features a low balustrade.)

Pézenas, once home to Molière and known for its Saturday market, antique dealers and artisan workshops, is ten minutes away, and Béziers and the Canal du Midi, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, around twenty. The sandy beaches of Vias, Grau d’Agde and Cap d’Agde can be reached in fifteen to twenty minutes, and the surrounding vineyards lend themselves to cycling, wine tasting and canoeing on the River Hérault.
