Surrounded by the pristine beauty of nature, the villa rests on a private 2.4-acre estate with Mediterranean charm, featuring pine and oak trees. Entertainment options abound within the property, including a pétanque court (boules game), a trampoline, a basketball hoop, a climbing frame/swing, a baby-foot, a ping-pong table, and abundant garden furniture.
The highlight of the outdoor oasis is the generous 10 x 5 m pool, reaching depths between 1.4 to 2.4m. Perfect for swimming enthusiasts and those who enjoy a refreshing plunge, the pool’s temperature in the summer soars to a comfortable 28 degrees Celsius.

We had a wonderful stay in the Villa Perdigal. The location is wonderfully remote, yet you can reach Montpellier by car in about 20 minutes. The house is very nice and clean. We loved the large pool, the boules court and the great seating on the covered terrace. The rental through Grace Nicols Homes was very good and uncomplicated. Contact , when needed was always nice and we got even s lot of Tipps from them. A beautiful and well-known winery Domaine Clavelle is right nearby – it’s a pity that our holiday is already over.

Had a great experience and stay. We were 6 adults and one small dog and it was perfect for us. Olivia was very responsive and when we noticed that the coffee machine was broken she replaced it straight away. Super flexible about meeting us to check in and check out was also smooth. Everything was clean with all necessary supplies. Actually don’t think the photos do the villa justice as it was nicer than expected. Very peaceful location and had recommendations for everything in a binder they provided. Highly recommend the bm Boulangerie which is 10 minute drive but just beware that some of the surroundings roads are quite uneven and rocky so drive slow. Overall would highly recommend.
