From the moment you enter, Villa Popcorn reveals its magic: a vast open living area with 2.8 m high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling bay windows on three sides. The panoramic views of the surrounding hills become an integral part of the interior, and the space opens seamlessly onto a sun-drenched, south-facing terrace that wraps around the villa. The terrace is fully furnished with outdoor lounges and sunbeds, perfect for relaxing or entertaining.
The sleek open kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances and a central island, ideal for convivial meals. A large bay window connects the kitchen to a covered outdoor dining terrace complete with plancha, barbecue and a table overlooking the pool and the countryside, perfect for al fresco dinners.
The 6 x 4 m swimming pool (1.75 m deep) features an infinity edge and a counter-current swimming system, set against the backdrop of nature. Whether you are swimming laps or enjoying a glass of wine on the terrace, the pool area is a haven of peace and privacy.

If preferred, artworks can be stored away during your stay. The artist’s studio, located in the basement, remains closed during rentals.
