The terrace and garden of approximately 1,800 m2 offer a quiet and relaxing spot from which to enjoy the Mediterranean summer lifestyle: tak a dip in the pool, sahre a laugh around the barbecue, dine al fresco, catch a bit of sun in the loungers, and get lost in a good book ensconced in an armchair in the shade.

The house conveys a warm atmosphere drawn from a mixture of the house’s original features and modern furniture.  Past the hallway, there is the large eat-in kitchen with a side-by-side fridge and freezer, which leads to a covered terrace equipped with another dining table. The large living room with its fireplace and flat screen TV is also equipped with large confortable sofas. Both the living room and the covered terrace open straight onto a pleasant terrace overlooking to swimming pool and the garden beyond.

On the first floor, there is one master bedroom with a large dressing, a flat screen TV and an en-suite shower room, which is shared by another double bedroom. Two more double bedrooms share another ensuite bathroom on this level, and  finally, you will find a single bedroom in the tower.

The property stands as a good location to explore Montpellier’s medieval city centre as well as the cities of Nîmes and Arles and their Roman vestiges such as the Pont du Gard (20 minutes away). The nearby beaches of l’Espiguette or La Grande Motte are easily reached in less than half an hour by car from the house. The village of Congenies offers all kinds of shops, such as a Butcher, a Baker, an organic fruit and vegetable shop, a restaurant; further away Calvisson or Sommière, the next villages over, also have lovely food markets on Saturdays and Sundays.
