The lot is fully enclosed for your privacy and security. At the entrance lies a large enough area where you can park up to 5 cars. In the garage, bicycles are at your disposal for some light exercise while pursuing local sightseeing. With the 2 kayaks and its paddle found in the garage, you can expand your sightseeing to the ocean and let yourself be guided by the Mediterranean waves. The south side of the garden holds a beautiful, heated swimming pool and an outdoor dining area for 10 which is ideally located in the shade beneath some trees so you can take a break from the hot sun. A barbecue is at your disposal so you can enjoy freshly grilled seafood. A stone path connects the dining area to the wooden deck where lies a modern outdoor seating area with comfortable armchairs.

The entrance hall of the villa overlooks the front garden through its full-glass windows, which allow for bountiful natural lighting. This hall provides direct access to the reception rooms and the stairwell to the first floor. A large open-glass living room awaits you with its modern leather sofas and a flat-screen TV. The bay windows allow for direct access to the south-side terrace. The open-floor concept provides fluidity from the living room to the dining area for 10 and finally, to the contemporary fully equipped kitchen. This area has large window openings, so you have a great view of the garden and the swimming area. The entrance hall also gives way to the master bedroom with its own shower room and dressing room.

Up the stairs to the first floor are 3 additional suites each consisting of a double bedroom, a dressing room and a bathroom. Two of these rooms have a private balcony that overlooks the south side garden. Moreover, they offer stunning views of the sea and a breathtaking spectacle from the crack of dawn until dusk. All rooms are equipped with quality bedding, a hairdryer and will be prepared for your arrival with fresh linens, bathrobes and slippers, and l’Occitane products in Provence. The lower level of Villa Bahia is truly exceptional. There, you will find your very own home cinema with a high-quality sound system and plenty of comfortable seating arrangements to enjoy a cosy night in. A fitness room with various sports equipment is at your disposal so you can stay in shape while enjoying the fresh setois seafood. A sauna can also be found for you to decompress and unwind after a long day of exploring. There is also an additional spacious double bedroom with no windows with its own shower room and toilet.

The beach, where the water is extremely clean, is only a short walking distance away. A private beach with a seafood restaurant can also be spotted near the house. Not far away are the cities of Sète and Bouzigues that are ready to be explored by you and your family and friends. A little further away is Montpellier and its beautiful medieval town, L’Écusson, where you can discover its history and Mediterranean lifestyle.
