The outdoor swimming area is surrounded by natural scenery, from tall pine trees and windmill palm trees to roses and acacias. After a nice swim in the private pool, you can unwind on the sunbeds beneath the canopy of vines and enjoy your holiday while sipping on a cool beverage. Just above the pool area, and separated by a security gate, lies a higher level where you can either relax in the outdoor seating area beneath the trees or, further up, at the top of a few steps on the wood-decked terrace with stylish furniture and a charming cocoon chair. Adjacent to the villa, lies a wood-themed shaded outdoor dining space for 8 with beautiful woven chairs, complemented by lovely bamboo trees. The canopy of interwoven vines allows just enough natural sunlight for you to properly enjoy a delightful meal grilled on the barbecue.

From the outdoor dining area, you have direct access to the ground floor of the house, a fully air-conditioned house that mixes both the modern and stylish interiors. A large open floor plan encompasses a well-equipped kitchen with a central island where you can prepare a nice Mediterranean meal, a dining area for 8 to enjoy the said meal, and separated by a couple of steps, a well-lit and elegant living room with its own fireplace dominating the garden. The bay windows and doors allow for immediate access to the wood-decked terrace and the great view of greenery. Down the corridor, an air-conditioned TV room awaits you with large enough sofas for friends and family and a utility room where you will find a freezer and all the equipment for laundry and cleaning. You will also find the master bedroom with a large comfortable bed of 200×200 cm and its ensuite shower. The room also provides direct access to the terrace. Up the open staircase, the upper level is comprised of 3 luminous double bedrooms (160×200 cm beds)  and one large family bathroom with a walk-in shower, a bathtub, 2 sinks and a toilet.

This spacious and sunny house with a pool is just a 10-minutes drive from Montpellier Medieval city centre, L’Écusson, and a 20-minute drive from the beaches.  The house benefits from being very close to the most exclusive tennis club in Montpellier with spa and gym facilities; Club 7. Local shops, including a newsagent, a bakery, a pharmacy, a grocery store and a great deli are just a 5-minute walk down the hill. It is conveniently located 15 minutes (drive) away from Montpellier Airport. Montpellier and its region offer fantastic tourist attractions, with its Music, Dance and Theatre Festivals, but also with the proximity of the sea, a few golf courses, and its vineyards.
