Beautiful contemporary villa with exceptional views over the Pic Saint-Loup mountain. This house is located within walking distance of the village of Saint-Mathieu-de-Tréviers, in a privileged position with spectacular views and a very quiet environment surrounded by nature.
This 180-square-metre house is arranged over two floors and is equipped with radiant floor cooling throughout. The entrance is through the top level. A hallway opens onto a mezzanine with frameless glass railings that overlooks the living room. There you will find a babyfoot (table football) and, in a corner, an office area; a French window gives access to the south-facing terrace. On this floor are two bedrooms, one with a double sofa bed and a single bedroom with an extra single bed; both bedrooms share a modern shower room.
Going down the stairs to the ground floor, you reach a large open-plan living room with a double-height ceiling, surrounded by large bay windows and sliding glass doors. The open kitchen with central island is right next to a rectangular dining area that can accommodate 6 people. Behind the kitchen are a laundry room and a corridor leading to the master suite.
