Villa La Marinière has a beautiful expansive garden spread across 1,300 m2. In this garden, you will find a heated salt-water swimming pool surrounded by an exotic wood terrace. The gardens also boast a pétanque court for a game of boules, and a dartboard for your entertainment. Up a few stairs from the swimming area is a covered terrace beneath the vines so you can unwind and enjoy the sea view and marine breeze. Guests will be able to light the barbecue or try their hand at a Sétois meal with fresh seafood using the plancha. The outdoor dining area can easily accommodate 8 to 10 people with stylish overhead lighting. Through the terrace, you can access the indoor sunken dining area for 10.
The interior of the house has been tastefully decorated and it is completely air-conditioned. The many windows let abundant natural light into the high-ceilinged rooms. The main living room is just a few steps up from the dining area and has a flat-screen TV in front of an extra large and comfortable sofa. The open kitchen of the villa is truly one of a kind. Enjoying fantastic views of the sea, this spacious kitchen with wood and marble countertops benefits from professional high-end equipment: a professional gas stove, a wine cellar, two refrigerators, a professional ice maker, a teppanyaki (plancha), a salamander and a Miele steam oven are available for travellers to cook and enjoy top quality meals in the comfort of their own home.
There are 3 bedrooms at Villa La Marinière, all equipped with air conditioning. Down a few steps from the living room, on a mid level, is a small double bedroom with its en-suite shower room. The master suite is a few more steps further down from the living room, and benefits from its own en-suite shower room, large dressing room and toilet. From the master suite, guests have direct access to a private south-facing terrace, which overlooks the swimming pool where a few sun loungers and tables await them. On the first floor of the house, there is another master suite with its en-suite shower room and private rooftop terrace, fitted with garden sofas under a sun sail.
This villa’s exceptional location allows its guests to enjoy direct access to the beach from a private path found in the garden. This path also provides direct access to local restaurants, the weekly market and local shops such as grocery stores, bakeries, delicatessens, pharmacies and even local fishmongers.

The Musée de la Mer is just down the street, the Musée Paul-Valéry and the Cimetière Marin are within walking distance, and the oyster beds of Bouzigues on the Étang de Thau are a short drive away. Montpellier and Agde are both around 30 minutes by car.
