The indoor flows seamlessly into the outdoors, in complete harmony with the environment, creating a quiet sense of style and sophistication.
You will feel right at home entering the hallway, a soothing palette of blue and grey for the large living space with sliding glass doors opening onto a large wooden terrace and overlooking the sea in the distance, from where you can access the garden with three small steps.

This house is fully equipped with a floor cooling system. The first floor also has an air-conditioning unit.

The fully-equipped open kitchen has a modern design with its large central island and bar. A glass door looks on to the garden and gives access to a very pleasant terrace to the west with sea view.
